Can anyone help?
I downloaded and installed the Service Pack 2 but now all
the computer does is boot and reboot. There must be an
incompatability issue here . Can you help????

Gill, I don't have the answer but am experiencing exactly

the same problem. I do recieve a message stating "the
application failed to start because WINSRV was not found.
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem." The
problem I have is, if you cant boot up the system how do
you do anything ?
