"The tasks folder could not be found"

Getting this error from a used in and exchange 5.5
environment. Permissions are correct for the folders and I
tried the command line RUN> outlook.exe /resetfolders.
Dont know what else to try, any ideas?
 
What version of Outlook are you running? Do you have all of the latest patches? Have you also ran the detect and repair feature.

Did the resetfolder actually run? If not, did you receive an error?

User is running Outlook 2002. The /resetfolders command
did run and returned no errors. The client is patched up
to the latest. This is an Organizational mailbox so
multiple users have access to it. Could the mailbox itself
be corrupted?
