The task manager menu and items are missing

I am running Win2000 server. My case is very odd. One day, I found that
all menu and items in the task manager are missing. There is no Application
menu, Services menu. The only things appear on the task manager window is
The CPU usage graph and the CPU usage line table. All the information below
the graph is missing, too.

What is the problem? How can I resume all the information?
