the progress bar color from green to brown

hi
i have win xp installed on my PC , now my computer
performance getting bad , but i watch that the progress
bars colors changed from green to brown when i copy
somthing for example so how can i make it green again and
have my computer better

A System Restore should solve the problem. Restore it to a day or so befor
the problem started. You can go back up to 90 days.
