The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another

Hi i'm getting this error when trying to browse through folder at any
of the office applications

"The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another

process"


however i do the same from notepad for example and it works fine


please help

Hello, it's 2003, we are connected via Terminal Server to a Windows
Server 2003 Enterprise.
