If you have items that you do not want seen by others who have access to
your mailbox on Exchange, the items will not show. For instance, in an
Appointment, if you mark your medical appointment as private, anyone who
looks at your calendar using File->Open->Other User's Folder, will not see
the details of the appoinment. I forget exactly what they will see (private
or what) but it will have no details at all visible.
