the pop up window disappeared within seconds.

I'm the user of IE 6 and the problem i'm facing is that when i click a link
that would open a new browser windows.... it would appeared just within a
second and then it is closed again... I have tried uninstalling it and
install again but to no avail. it doesn't work..Can anyone help me to
resolve this problem ?
