This when connected to that same network, and no other
wireless networks are present.

So it is a irritating popup, without use.

Please help me to shut it down, if I need to download a
patch would sure like to know where I can find it.

Frans,

Is your wireless server broadcasting its SSID? If not, set it to do so.
De-select "Automatically connect to non-preferred networks", if currently
selected.

Also, a periodic disconnection will happen if you've enabled WEP, but not WPA,
and have neglected to de-select "802.1x authentication".

And please don't contribute to the spread of email address mining viruses.
Learn to munge your email address properly, to keep yourself a bit safer when
posting to open forums. Protect yourself and the rest of the internet - never
post your address unmunged.
