The messaging interface has returned an unkown error

I started getting this error this morning when I tried to print an
email in the Sent Items folder.

I searched the archives and this question has been askled several
times, but never answered except for one time when someone suggested
cleaning up the Deleted Items folder. Mine is empty.

Can anyone explain why this is happening and, more importantly, how to
fix it?

PS: It only seems to happen with one email. I am able to print other
emails in the Sent Items folder without any problem. I am also able to
print that email if I open it up and print it from there.
