The message could not be sent

I have checked and re-checked my incoming and outgoing server settings. These
are correct. Yet i still can not send email nor is it impoting in emial from
my other web addresses.

Can any one help?
 
Any error message? If so, right-click on it, copy, then paste it into
a reply here.
 
Sometimes the mail server goes down for a while. If you have
any more trouble, just post the error message.
 
I have a saved message (with a probably too large attatchment) that cannot be
sent, edited or deleted with this same "The message could not be sent" or "an
unexpected error has occured", how can I get rid of it?

What are the setting you checked?
