The little arrow's on desktop icons.

Can they be removed? I am not sure if it is possable or not, but they look
terrable and I would love to do away with them.

option to perform and one is what you are asking to remove the little arrows
on the icons , Here where you can get this program

Afterward load this program and click the following >>> Expand Explorer >>>
shortcut and select none ... now they are gone
