The help of the windows

I have a problem from 2 weeks that my ( help and support ) of the windows
don't load on clicking on it, and my computer don't give any response for
this action also I face this in using the help of the office
 
Try running Help & Support from Start > Run >
%Windir%\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\HelpCtr.exe
