The formatting for Labels is gone. How do I get that back?

I am trying to print some labels using Word. The page that displays the
labels for you to type text on is Blank.Does anyone know how to get it back?
 
If you're saying that you can't see the gridlines around the
individual labels, then click on Table | Show gridlines.
