the file picker was unexpectedly closed by windows

I have been getting this message "the file picker was unexpectedly
closed by windows" whenever i try to attach an image to any web based
email aol, gmail etc and the window freezes, i have tried explorer and
firefox and both have same trouble, is that a trojan or some system
missing file, can someone please help, i've seen same problem being
faced by someone in Germany mine is a new acer laptop and memory is
tested no problem there.

Will appreciate any help!

Your post has no References header and you don't quote anything, so I have

In general you shouldn't post a message with your problem as a reply to
someone else's thread in which you were not involved. In this case,
what's more, there is nothing in your post to indicate what the problem
is. This is a newsgroup and many of us use a newsreader to access it.
We only download the most recent messages so we don't have access to the
previous messages in the thread. Make a new post explaining your issue,
the computer system and what steps you have taken to resolve it. See
