When trying to open Outlook I'm getting a message that says "The connection
to the Microsoft Exchange Server is uinavailable. Outlook must be online or
connected to complete this transaction." What does this mean and what do I
do??

It means the connection to your Exchange server is unavailable. :-)

Are you connected to your network in some way? Outlook 2003 I assume?
