The autotext doesn't work in Word 2003. Tried everything!

The autotext doesn't work in Word 2003. We bought another 2003 package, and
also did an update from the website, but it won't work consistantly. Started
to, but when a new document was created, it stopped working again. Did not
have this problem with 2000 version. Is this a glitch???

I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to Word.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
