Hi,
"The Authentication Service Is Unknown "

It s the error message a get when i launch (or when the system auto start)
many services on my WinXP Pro SP2

Here services with the problem:
Windows Clock
Backup system
IPSEC
DHCP Client
Task Scheduler

Problem appear on the start of windows (I can see these error on the event
viewer, and serices stay stoped)

Any ideas ?
Any solution execpt Format c: ?

I hear you, but did you try method 2?

Similar to:

Running Scheduled Tasks without a password:

For Pro: Start/Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Local Security
Policy/Local Policies/Security options. In the right hand pane (third down).

Accounts: Limit local account use of blank passwords to console logon only.
This is enabled by default, disable it.

For Home: Run Scheduled Task without a Password (Line 68)
