Ok, I tried the total blitz of the drivers as advised.
I then ran the Lexmark cleaning utility, even ventured
into the regedit and deleted everything possible to do
with Lexmark.
I rebooted and installed the program again, then rebooted
again, ran the print program and sent a test page to the
printer, the paper is fed in and starts to print then
totally hangs up.
I cannot cancel the print job that is in the queue either.
What I have noticed is that on checking the properties of
the file being printed, is that it shows the print
datatype set to RAW and not LEMF which Lexmark advise,
LEMF however is set up in the printer properties. Any
thoughts
welcome.
