Tftpd32 cannot be execute on Windows XP Professional

It is working fine on Windows 2000 Pro. but not working on WinXP Pro. There
is a error prompts up.

Either you do not have necessary privilege or a TFTP daemon is already
started

Since this is a free third-party TFTP server, you would need to get
support for the program from the people who made it. Perhaps there is
an updated version that will work with your new operating system, or
you could look for another program that will.
