TFT display on Toshiba S1730 CDT

Crossposting here as uk.comp.sys.laptops seems dead ...

LCD shows a green background, even on the BIOS set up page. Once Windows has
started there is a pink-ish tinge to any area of the screen with a white
background. An External display is fine.

Wondering if this is the LCD itself or possibly the video adapter?

Any thoughts on this please?
