TextAlign doesn't work on Label when changed to FlatStyle:System

Why doesn't the text align property works on labels when the FlatStyle is
set to System?

That's a limitation of the underlying Windows control.

So it's an other underlying Windows control when setting the FlatStyle
property to System?
That seems starnge, I think...
