text wrapping problem in Outlook 2003

I have discussed this with Microsoft tech support and
gotten no answer other than a suggestion to use Word as
my default email editor (which in itself causes stability
issues with Outlook. I cannot get the basic editor to
wrap text at any point and the text will continue to run
to the right for an unknown amount of cahracters. This is
only happening on a notebook computer, not on my other
machine. Both computers initially had 2003 beta
installed. I plan to compare the registry of both, but
any idea where to look?

Will setting the wrap in the internet format options fix
it?
