I want to use a good Text to Speech program for voice overs for multimedia
presentations. Can anyone recommend a good one?

That's just an evil thing to suggest and you should be ashamed of
yourself. Bonzi Buddy is notorious spyware. Mr. u should enter the
search term "text-to-speech software" into the search box at Google.

screen! It uses 'Text to Speech' technology to synthesize natural
sounding speech from ordinary text. Just copy text to the clipboard or
import from text files and listen as IISC reads it back to you!
