Text Replacement Help

Every time I type my name, Windows changes it to garbage. This happens with
Internet Explorer and Netscape as well. I suspect that at some time, I
inadvertantly said for it to remember this garbage and the quick fill in
software is changing it, but I can't fix it. Hellllp!
 
Go to the CONTROL PANEL / INTERNET OPTIONS / CONTENT click on auto complete
and click on clear forms.
