A number of ways.
1) Change the file extension to DOC
2) Open the notepad doc and select all then copy and
paste it into a word document

Word will open text documents.
Just browse to it and open it in Word.

Why not import it into Word? File Open then look at the filetypes you can
open. Or copy the text and paste it into a document. There are lots of ways.
Experiment.

One doesn't "export" it, as such. There's no need, as Word has no
trouble handling plain text files. One simply opens the document from
within Word.
