Text in a cell

In excel when the wrap text feature is on the text goes to the top left hand
corner of the cell. Is there a way of putting a title in the cell, then
typing the sentence below the title?

For example: excel puts the sentence in the cell as shown below.

Expenses. This month’s expenses should be submitted by close of business on
Friday.

I want excel to put the sentence in as follows.

Expenses.
This month’s expenses should be submitted by close of business on Friday.

When typing in the cell, after "Expenses.", hold Alt ant press Enter. That
should drop you down to the next line.
