I'm trying to get my text to take the shape of the box it's in. For example,
I added the shape of a star and typed in it. I want the text to look like a
star, not like a paragraph in a star. How do I do this?

Thanks!

But how? I have tried everything I can try to adjust the layout, but I cannot
figure it out for anything!

There's no facility in MSWord to do this. Corel Draw has a 'fit to
envelope' function. MS Publisher has a 'format autoshape' function
that does the task. It can also be done with Adobe Illustrator and Visio.

If the shape is symmetrical, you can just center the (justified) paragraph
and use line breaks to wrap the text at the desired width.

Make each line a separate Justified paragraph and move the margins to
taste.
