Text Disappeard when I type

Hi There,

Its possible to get the instructions disappear, once the
end user is typing in any thing. (The instructions are in
brackets)

e.g.
Personal Info:
(My name is)

well when I type my name in breaket text suppose to be
disappeard then I just write my name only.
