text corruption when scrolling webpages

I just switched from sata (where everything was fine) to raid 0 and now when scrolling webpages with mouse wheel I get corrupted text. my vid and mouse drivers are up to date, and are the same ones I used on straight sata drive. all updates are applied and all settings are as they were.
anyone have any ideas?

With Internet Explorer open: Tools|Internet Options|Advanced tab|Under
Browsing, uncheck Use smooth scrolling|Apply|OK
