Text Conflict

I am having a problem with a form that is provided by a
company where the text that users type into a text area
box goes in as white, on a white backgrouns. This is
similar to a problem I am having with fronpage forms,
where whenever I use a large text input box, the default
is to white text, which does not work on a white
background. The text works fine in other fields. I
received the following from the form provider:

"Therefore im confident the problem is a conflict with
your stylesheet. It could be the textarea class. Try
removing it to see if it is. If I am correct the re
insert your text area class and call it textarea1."

What does this mean, and how would I fix this problem?

Mike: the form is located at www.lockednloaded.com.
There is a text "test form" on the left side near the
bottom which leads to the form.

I looked, refreshed, cleaned my glasses
and looked again, and I can't find Test form
anywhere on the page.??
Even did the "Links List" trick in IE.
