I'm trying to do something in word and can't figure it out. I was hoping you
can give me some hints. This is what I want to do.

When you go to an internet site and start reading the text, sometimes within
that text is a word or two which is underlined and usually a different color
than the rest of the text. If you were to put your cursor over those few
words, up would pop a description, or some additional info about those few
words. I want to do the same thing in Word, but can't figure it out. The
best I'm able to come up with, is insert a comment. When I do this on those
few words, I get the statement I need to pop up, however there's a problem.
While looking at the text, before you put the cursor there the words that
will contain expanded info has a yellow fill. I cannot get it to go away
(the fill).
Any ideas on how I can do this? No one here at my work or friends, has any
ideas. Word Help doesn't help. Maybe it can't be done in Word.

The reason I want to do this, is I would like to add supporting information,
but don't really want to put it into the full text of my paper.

See the thread "How to create a Mouse Over/Hi-lighted word" for another
approach.
