Text color on Desktop

How do you change the color of the text under the icons on the desktop. I
have a light colored wallpaper and the text under the icons is white. I can
barley see it. Thanks

To change the color go start>run and type

desk.cpl

appearance>advance>under Item select "Selected Items">change the Font Color
(the one on the bottom).
