Text changes color

Not sure if this a Windows or program specific problem,
but sometimes the text in my files changes to blue. This
is a totally random occurance -- it can happen at any
time with any type of file (music, word, etc.). It
almost acts like a hyperlink, but they are not. Any help
would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
Didja ever notice that as soon as one person posts a question, several
other people feel compelled to ask the same question?

See "File Name Colors" posted 11 minutes before you posted and "File
Titles Blue" posted 3 minutes before you posted.
