Text Box Rotation

You don't. You can rotate text in the text box, but only by 90 degrees right
or left. Ordinary text in Word cannot be free-rotated; WordArt can.

This is one of the absolutely most abnoxious features of Microsoft Word.
Microsoft, please include this feature in future updates of Word.
