Text Box problem

In a Word document I have inserted a JPEG with wording on the JPEG. I then inserted a text box and typed in the translation of the wording in another language. On the screen everything looks good, but when I print the page the wording under the text box will print along with the wording of the text box. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Do you mean that you have inserted a text box *over* the wording you want to
lose?
Failure to print such layers correctly can often be traced to a poor printer
driver. Check for an updated driver.
Ensure that the text box has an opaque background and is set in front of the
image it is supposed to obscure.

Thanks Graha
Yes the text box is inserted over the wording and i checked the layers to make sure that it was on top. The background is set to white. I had the IT people redo the drivers and it is printing the same way it looks on the screen. Again THANKS, Alan
