Hi everybody,

I have a special question to all of you. My situation is
the following:
i have a domain xyz with all user accounts and a domain
with all resources. the trusted domain xyz hosts all user.
the users have all terminal services profiles enabled. the
problem is i can't save the profiles!
on the terminal server i can save them, but if i want to
save it over the trust to the ressource domain they don't
save. what is the problem?

thanks for the help
cheers miasmo

What happens when you try to save the profile? Do you get an error?

when i try to save the profile i don't get a error in the
eventviewer, that's very strange. i had problems before in
my subdomain and added 2 hotfixes and it worked in the
subdomain with a user from there, but no error message
from the userdomain. are there some policies i can set on
the user top domain?

cheers miasmo

Have you checked the permissions on the share that the profiles are stored
in? Profile unload errors are usually stored in the application log. Make
sure that you look there for errors. You can also enable userenv logging to
gather more data. See the article below
