Terminal Services licensing in another domain

I have installed Terminal Services in one domain and would
like to use this for other domains. I have applied the
registry fix - adding the DefaultLicenseServer. However,
this still looks at all my domain controllers in this
domain and doesn't find the default license server. Is
there anything else I need to do to sort this out.
 
Do these domains all have trusts between them?

Have you tried setting that registry entry to be the IP
address of the license server, or the NetBios name of the
license server, or the FQDN of the license server?
