Terminal Services Connection Problems

When I try to connect to my my local server through the
intranet I get the following error message:
"Your current security settings do not allow automatically
switching to fullscreen mode."

I am not sure if the SP1 is causing the problem. I am
unable to uninstall SP1 to verify my suspicion. Any
assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Simply means the settings on your computer are set too high to allow
Terminal Client to automatically make your session fullscreen.

Tried making your screen (the one you are sitting at) smaller or better yet,
changing the display settings on the terminal services client to NOT try to
go full screen? I like this option better, myself, 75% of the time because
that allows me to connect to multiple servers/workstations at a time without
having to do much to switch between them but manage individual windows on my
screen.
