Which ports/protocol are required to be opened on the firewall to access
Win2K Terminal Services via browser and Remote Desktop Connection?

Thanks!

Port 3389.

Is this the only port that needs opened if they are accessing Terminal
Services through TSWEB?

For that you'd need 80 as well. BTW this is in the docs.

You can also access RDP through a VPN connection which may be much more
secure if you can not open your firewall to just authorized public IP
addresses instead of the whole world. L2tp in particular is good in that
scenario since l2tp requires a machine certificate [easy enough to do if you
have W2K server] for access via VPN though it will not work as is over NAT
routers. -- Steve
