How do I install on a terminal server so that novice users
don't flood the help desk with calls? I have logon scripts
that map drives so can these be allowed?
 
The simple answer is don't. There are a fair number of reports of such
installations here, and very few of them reflect a positive outcome from the
experience.

When Microsoft releases an enterprise-ready version of this product, I'd
expect it to be suited to terminal server environments, but this beta isn't
designed with that use in mind.
