temporary internet files

Um, when I go to my computer/owner/local settings/temporary internet files it shows no files and when I right click on it, it says i have 30,000 files and I want to delete them from my temporary internet files and don't know how. please help me!!!!
 
tools - options - delete files button
also pick settings button and set size to be 1-10 mb
