Assuming that it eventually stops and tells you what is available to be
cleaned up, there's nothing to fix. That's normal.

Try cleaning your Temp Int files from within IE

Open IE Tools -> Internet Options -> Temporary Internet Files / Delete
Files .... (also tick the offline content option when it pops up)

Did you check the batteries in the flashlight?

Seriously, I have a question back at ya. When you say, "...then Temporary
Internet Files", are you letting the Disk Cleanup utility run completely and
then highlighting the Temporary Internet Files, then clicking the "View
Files" button? It is true that your temp internet file storage can be
enormous, but once the utility has run, it should not take long to actually
view the files since the utility has already compiled the list.

Try just letting the "View Files" run until the flashlight disappears and
you see a list of files or folders. Please wait ... Please wait ... Please
wait ..

If the flashlight never disappears or it shows some other message, run the
utility again and make a note of how much storage the utility says that temp
int. files are taking up. That is the number to the right of the list. Then
post back here please.
