Temporary Internet Files

After manually deleting all files in the folder of "C:\Documents and
Settings\time\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files", there is around 90
megabytes occupied with this folder even nothing appeared in this folder.
("time" is account name) Anyone know why and how to clean this folder
completely? Thanks.
 
1) Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools
2) Click on Internet Options
2a) Or right click the IE icon
2b) Or Start | Run | Type: inetcpl.cpl | OK
3) On the General Tab, in the middle of the screen, click on Delete Files
4) Click on OK and wait for the hourglass icon to stop after it deletes the
temporary internet files {This clears the folder seen when you...

button | C:\Documents and Settings\YourNameHerel\Local Settings\Temporary

5) On the General Tab, in the middle of the screen, click on Delete Files
{Yes, one more time}
6) Check the box Delete all offline content {this one clears out Content.IE5
C:\DOCUME~1\WESLEY~1.VOG\LOCALS~1\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5}
7) Click on OK and wait for the hourglass icon to stop after it deletes the
temporary internet files
 
Use Disk CleanUp

Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk CleanUp.
