Temporary Files

I have receently deleted
Temporary File C:\documen~1
Has this anything to do with the windows installer?
Does it matter that it has been deleted?
How may I retreived this directory as it is not in the recycle bin?

How do we know it is a temp diectory or file ( which ?)? You didn't give full
name and path!! Try Syatem Restore?

System Restore handles System files. This is a temporary file or
directory so using a previous restore is more likely to cause problems
than help.
