there is one site from where i listen the songs online as they do no
allow to download those songs. i want to ask that is there any way t
keep those songs in our computer and to listen them even when i a
offline

Not legally no!! Some web sites, as you say, allow, the listening of music,
but the download is prohibited.

There are plenty of programs available that let one capture and save
whatever sounds are played through ones soundcard to a file. Here's one
(not endorsed by myself, as I don't use that one) ...

Is it ethical? Well if they stream the sound to you, I can't see why you
can't do what you want with it once it's in your computer. The sound they
are streaming is probably a fairly low bitrate and capturing it won't
improve its quality no matter what bitrate you decide to save it as.

What do you mean the download is prohibited? Are you talking about music
streamed to your computer? That's downloaded, isn't it? It gets to your
computer over the Net somehow.

Hi

Yup, it's streamed to a PC, but it's illegal to download it unless otherwise
authorized to do so.
