Templates or Styles

I am inputting a fiction manuscript that has a lot of dialog quotation. Does
anyone have suggestions for a template or style that would automate the
opening and closing quotes without typing them each time? It would be a great
help!
 
There are a lot of shortcuts that are convenient in typing, but it never
occurred to me to want a shortcut for quotation marks. Shift+' is not that
hard.
