Templates in Word

I have recently reformatted my hard drive and now when I open a blank word
document it comes up with the web toolbar and standard buttons, the problem
is that I do not normally use Word to e-mail from as we use Lotus Notes.

I have saved documents with the toolbar changed to a standard word toolbar,
but then when I re-open the document the web toolbar and standard buttons
re-appear?
