Templates in Calendar Assistant

Does anyone know how to create templates for the Calendar Assistant? I need
more time blocks to print out.
 
You can customize pages and save them as calx files. Templates are stored in
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates, but I don't know what all is
involved in editing them other than they are xml.
