Re- Outlook 2000 SP-3 (9.0.0.6627)

Hello,

Any help would be much appreciated.

A lot of my time, I need to reply to people with standard E-Mails. But I
need to read the E-Mail before I know what I need to reply! So for example,
I want to read the E-Mail, either reply direct or click somewhere, choose
the reply I want to send (some sort of list of standard replies), and they
will recive it hopefully!

Ideally it would get there name from the E-Mail, but this would be nice, but
not essential.

Can I do this in Outlook? I have tried searching for this, but most things
on Templates talk about being able to send an automatic reply to all E-Mails
you recieve, which I dont want to do.

Thanks,

Steve

Create a new message and put all the information into it that you want to
save with the template (subject, message body, attachments, whatever), then
use File | Save As to save the message as an Outlook Template (.OFT) file.
You can put this file anywhere on your hard drive and pull it up whenever
you need it. There may be a way to dynamically add the addressee name, I
don't know -- but it's probably easiest just to copy and paste it from the
received message.
