Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a template available for
entering personnel / payroll information. Our organization is in the process
of establishing one and I was wondering if one already existed that I could
build on. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

There are many carefully developed commercial programs for handling
payroll (from QuickBooks on up). I'd REALLY suggest that an attempt to
roll your own in Access would be "reinventing the wheel"; you may be
able to build a decent oxcart in a few weeks' work, but you can buy a
fully featured hybrid SUV for less money than your time would cost.

The commercial programs will cover all the finicky things like payroll
taxes, required tax reporting forms, paychecks, deductions, etc.
which would be very hard to completely implement if you try to do it
yourself! Don't be "penny wise and pound foolish"!
